What’s your return policy?

I’m happy to accept returns and exchanges if your item arrives with defects or damage. Just contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back within 30 days. I don’t accept cancellations, but if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out. Note: We don’t offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size/color choices, so be sure to check the size guides before ordering!

What should I do if I get a wrong or damaged product?

Oh no! Did your order arrive damaged or incorrect? 😢 No worries, we’ve got you covered. Just shoot us an email at rubystathersart@gmail.com within a week, and include some photos of the damaged item, your order number, and any other details. We’ll sort it out and get back to you ASAP!

Your order will typically be fulfilled in 3–7 days, and then it’s on its way! 📦 Shipping time depends on your location, but you can expect it to arrive in about 3–4 business days if you’re in the US.

Absolutely! 🌍 If you’re outside the US and want to order, just drop me a message with the items you’re eyeing and your location (via email or the contact box on the home screen). I’ll add the shipping option for your country by request. Easy peasy!

Your order will be shipped from the location that can get it to you the fastest! 🚀 I partner with Printful, a drop-shipping company with facilities worldwide. Most items ship from the US (North Carolina or California), but organic cotton hoodies are currently made and shipped from Latvia.
