  • What's your return policy?
    I gladly accept returns and exchanges for products received with defects or damages. Contact me within: 14 days of delivery Ship items back to sender address within: 30 days of delivery. I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Sorry, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or an incorrect size/color choice. Please refer to size guides prior to ordering.
  • I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
    We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
  • When will I get my order?
    Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as 3–4 business days within the US.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, contact me with a message listing the items you're interested in and a location (via email or contact box on the home screen). I'll add the shipping option for your country, by request.
  • Where will my order ship from?
    I partner with a drop-shipping company called Printful which have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently! The majority of things ship from the US (North Carolina or California), while currently organic cotton hoodies will be made and shipped from Lativa.
