These visions are trying to say something. I'm curious to hear your thoughts. The placement of the crystal pyramids draws you in to sit and ponder, just as the woman in the silk sari. Or, maybe, she has her own idea about them.  
I see the pyramids representing the Eightfold Path to enlightenment.
When in alignment of our authentic selves, guidance will come in through words or images, either within a meditative state, through conversation, or an observable synchronicity.
This painting is a combination of two visions that happened right after another during my first in-person reiki session. First, I saw the pyramids at a closer vantage point, as if I were in flight and seeing them through eagle eyes. Then, I witnessed myself (my higher self), adorned in the depicted fashion, facing forward with a big smile.
