One of the best ways to combat burnout is to connect to your inner child. They are really the ones running the show a lot of the time. Talk with them, ask them what they need. Maybe it's a nap, or a movie.
This is your reminder to allow time to unwind and drop any negative social views about what you "shouldn't" do as an adult, so when you do get back to work, you'll have the strength to reach new levels.
This idea came around Halloween, when I was scratching the surface of burnout. Once I was finished, I asked my inner child what they would like to do, they replied, "watch a [specific] movie." That movie has a little green alien with one eye in it! I don't think I can mention the title, but if you know, you know! I did feel a lot better after seeing it.
