To know peace is to recognize and accept that the light cannot shine without darkness.  We cannot control the darkness others experience or project, only our own internal state.

Also love the analogy that presented itself as I ate a turkey avocado sandwich on sourdough, and a sweet potato spiced with paprika - while studying this vision. 
Without both, the world would be out of balance.

The challenges we go through are just that. See these lessons as blessings.  You were placed in the advanced course here on Earth.
